The Direct Connect service is for users who don't frequently have computer problems. This is designed in mind for that one freak problem holding you back from running your business.
This method requires you to enter a 6 digit PIN (given to you by a Support Representative via phone) into a form on our Direct Connect page. When you've entered in the number, and click "Connect to a Technician", you will be taken to our connection gateway.
If this is the first time you've used our service, you may be asked whether to Save/Run/Cancel a download. This download is an ActiveX program that allows our PC to connect to yours on request. This runs right in your browser window, and is completely secure. Click "Run" to proceed.
You will then be presented with a Technical Support window, and a representative will connect with you to correct your PC problem.
