Our Remote Support Tool (RST) allows you to connect to our technicians whenever you have a problem with your PC, without having to access our website each time (as with the Direct Connect method).  This is done by installing a tool on your PC.  When it's installed, you simply tell the application who you are, and click "Connect", and a tech will be right with you.


To install the Remote Support Tool, go to the RST Download page, and click "Download".  You will be asked whether you want to Save/Run/Cancel a file download.  Click "Run".  After it is finished downloading, you may be asked if you are sure you want to run an application from the internet, if so, click "Run" again.


This opens the installer program.

Click Next to Continue.


You'll then be given installation details.  Click Next again, and the program will be installed.  Click Finish.


After you click finish, the RST may check for updates, this can take from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.


Afterwards, you will see this screen.

Fill out the form, and click Connect.  Our technicians will handle the rest.
